In today’s market, offering mobile amenities is a must. That’s why we decided to create a free mobile app for our agency. Our app provides an extra level of service allowing our clients to always feel connected and have their policy information on hand.

The app has six sections that help with everything from policy service, claims assistance, contacting our agency, submitting payments directly to your carrier, tools for emergency services near you, and a GPS locator for your vehicle.

Some features to highlight are in the claims tab. From here you can submit a claim to our office or call the carrier directly. You are able take voice notes from the accident and it allows you to create a diagram of the loss while you are on site. It provides tips on information you need to obtain from the other party.

Under ‘tools’ you are able to send photos to our office, locate emergency services nearby such as hospitals, tow trucks, car rental etc. There is also a section to take an inventory of your home/personal effects. In the inventory section you can also take a photo of the item(s) and email to our office to keep on file.

In the ‘policies’ section you are able to submit for policy changes to your account, request a certificate for your business, request policy documents or additional quotes. There is also a section for document storage to keep copies of your current auto ID cards.

The ‘find my car’ portion of the app will allow you to save your car’s location to later be located by GPS if needed. There is a notes tab should you wish to reference which level/row you have parked on along with spot number if applicable.

Lastly, the contact us gives you quick, easy access to call, email, or find our office location.
