‘All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.’ (2 Corinthians 4:15).
The beauty of giving is it truly reflects the hearts purest intent to help. We ask that you take a moment to consider who you can help this holiday season or year-round. Cherokee County has many needs that can be met by the support of our community members. These are just some of the local efforts that you can give back to. Join us to create a culture of giving in our communities!
Next Step Ministries provides a variety of therapeutic day programs to meet the needs of the moderately to profoundly developmentally delayed population. You can support them by volunteering, donating, or assisting with their needs for daily supplies by purchasing items on their amazon wish list.
Papa’s Pantry and the Masters Training Center work with families at their immediate point of need: illness, job loss, or any number of hardships facing today’s families. Their primary goal is to meet short-term needs and then provide training and support that leads to long-term stability. You can volunteer, donate or support their pantry needs.
Serenade Heights is a supportive transitional housing alternative for single mother families. Designed to service Cherokee County and surrounding areas by offering safe transitional housing for a single mother to live while she is being mentored.
